• What is 116 Limited?
116 Limited is the Official T-shirt Club for Reach Records. By becoming a member, you get an exclusive shirt every month. Designs are based around the original 116 logo, reimagined. The design is only revealed when you open your exclusive shirt in the mail! These shirts will not be available for purchase outside of a membership to 116 Limited. Exclusive, surprise, awesome shirts. Think magazine subscription, but better.
• How does membership work?
By purchasing a subscription, you will receive a t-shirt shipped to you each month. Subscriptions are available in either monthly or yearly recurring billing. Purchases made in the calendar month will receive the exclusive tee design for the following month.
• When can I subscribe?
Subscriptions are on-going, meaning there is no deadline or timeline to subscribe. Your subscription will begin with the following month's design. Subscribe in April, then get May's shirt, etc.
• When will my orders ship?
Subscription club shirts will ship around the 25th of each month, and purchases made in the calendar month will receive the exclusive tee design for the following month. So, all orders placed within April will have their shirts shipping on May 25th, and all orders within May will ship June 25th and so on.
• Can I choose the specific design that I will receive?
Nope. That’s the element of surprise isn’t it? Each month's design will be a unique and exclusive design to the subscribers for that month.
• Can I exchange my shirt?
Due to the custom and exclusive nature of this program, ongoing exchanges or returns on individual designs are not accepted. If you are not happy with the shirt size for your subscription, we can absolutely update the setting for the shirt size you receive for future subscription shipments, just email us at email@example.com with the request, and we'll get that updated. For one-time instances where you would like to exchange a shirt for a different size, we MAY have extra pieces in order to fill a request, but it is not guaranteed. • Can I opt out?
For Monthly subscriptions, renewals can be cancelled at anytime. Just email email@example.com with your request, and that will be taken care of. For Yearly subscriptions, renewal cancellations may be requested at any time, but yearly subscriptions are paid in full when purchased, and no partial refunds are available.
• How do I pay?
Merchline accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as credit card payment options for subscriptions. Subscriptions will be recurring charges on your card every month or year, depending on which subscription you choose.
• How do I update my account?
You can use your billing portal link to make any address or sizing changes. Please note that all changes need to be made by the 1st of the month to apply for that months shipment, otherwise the information will remain the same until the next month.

Merchline has a policy of free returns, which includes a full refund on original shipping cost for the item(s), as well as the cost of the return shipping label (yep, that’s right, both costs are on us).
